When you come in for your same-day crown, we will begin with the preparation by making you feel completely comfortable and at ease. We will numb the area and can also provide sedation as needed. Once you are ready to begin, we will clean out the tooth and reshape it to make room for the new crown using special tools. Then, a digital scan of the tooth is created. With this information sent to our in-office software and machine, your dentist can begin creating and milling your new restoration! You will return in a few hours for a quality-check. Maintaining Your Same-Day Crown

Take great care of your new crown to ensure that it lasts for as long as possible. Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, and floss between teeth daily. Pay special attention when cleaning the area at the base of the crown, as plaque and tartar may build up here.
