Dr. Burns grew up in Deerfield, Illinois but his love for the outdoors brought him to Colorado. Dr. Burns is passionate about transforming smiles and changing lives through advanced, patient-centered dentistry. He combines cutting-edge technology with a warm, personalized approach to deliver exceptional results for every patient. Education & Expertise
In 2014 he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin Madison. In 2018 he attended Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI. where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, graduating with highest honors, Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Burns then attended one of the nation’s most prestigious residency programs at The South Texas Veteran’s Healthcare System where he received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
As one of only four dentists in Colorado certified in the revolutionary 3 on 6™ implant procedure, Dr. Burns offers a life-changing alternative to dentures—providing patients with permanent, functional, and beautiful new smiles. This has become a core focus of his practice, allowing him to help patients regain confidence and long-term oral health.
Dr. Burns is also highly sought after for his cosmetic expertise, including prepless (no-shave) veneers, which deliver stunning aesthetic improvements while preserving natural tooth structure. His advanced training in immediate implants, periodontal plastic surgery, and smile design sets him apart as a leader in modern dentistry.
Life Outside of Dentistry
When Dr. Burns is not restoring smiles, he embraces Colorado's mountain lifestyle. He enjoys running, hiking, climbing, and biking, and cherishes spending time with his wife, Kelly, their two daughters, Zoey and Remy, and their dog, Batman.
