That is why we proudly offer a limited warranty on many of our treatments — a distinction that sets us apart from most dental practices.

Important Maintenance Requirements

To keep this warranty valid, patients must:
  • Maintain routine 6-month cleaning & exams at our office.
  • Receive fluoride or hydroxyapatite treatment at each of those visits.
Skipping or delaying any of these required visits or treatments will void your warranty

Warranty Coverage

Coverage begins on the original date of service and applies only to work completed in our office.

Fillings

For a period of 1 year from the original date of service, we will replace the composite filling due to breakage, poor fit, or decay at no cost to the patient.

Crowns, Bridges, Implants, & Root Canals

  • Year 0-1: 100% coverage for replacement or repair due to breakage, misfit or decay
  • Year 1-2: 50% coverage
  • Year 2+: no coverage

Occlusal Guards, Bite Splints, Sleep Apnea Devices, & Dentures

  • 1-year warranty for normal wear or breakage
  • Not covered: breakage, wear, or damage outside the mouth (e.g. dropping, overheating, pet damage, or misplacement)
