Dr. Hope Veurink
Dr. Veurink was born and raised on a farm in South Dakota helping her family take care of the crops and the cattle, with some hunting as well! Dr.Veurink moved to Sioux Falls where she obtained her bachelors in nursing, and became an RN working in the cardiology department at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls. She then moved on to be a travel nurse at UCHealth Hospital in Aurora, shortly after which, she was accepted into dental school at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Dr.Veurink maintained working as a registered nurse while simultaneously attending dental school.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Veurink has a passion for health, and compassion for all her patients! Dr.Veurink says “Taking care of people is not only innate, it’s a skill that I take very seriously in my career.”
Outside of the dental office, what do you like to do?
When Dr. Veurink isn’t treating patients you can find her mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. She is a lucky aunt to seven incredible nieces and nephews!
